Managing Cash

The percentage of estimated cash can be edited in the formula bar, by clicking on the estimated cash cell.

When a user tabs out of the edited cell , TIE™ recalculates the estimated cash and the shares from weights, and updates all reports and summaries instantly.

For files  that use weights instead of shares, TIE™ calculates a default estimated cash amount of 10% of the notional principal.  TIE™ also calculates  manager cash when a cash percentage is indicated in the file.  TIE™ displays a Final Cash amount based on the larger of the two.
